We arrange a meeting where we can visit our clients in person, helping us to get a feel for the business and its culture. In turn, we explain why Atkins Search stands apart from other recruitment agencies and describe our way of collaborating and how we build relationships with each client.
Taking up to one hour, we create a job brief, talk through the interview process and lock down any screening processes required. We make clear how much we enjoy living and breathing a client’s culture to give us a deep understanding of finding the best candidates.

Our talented team is led by our Managing Director Antony Rowe, an expert in property and construction recruitment who developed companies on a regional and national level before launching Atkins Search in 2015. 3. Choose your quantity surveyor
Along with our in-depth consultation to getting know each client, we take a similar approach to assessing each candidate to find out if they are the right fit.
We will always meet the candidate first, before the client does, and will discuss agreed terms in our initial consultation – we will never put a jobseeker forward unless those are agreed.
We stay in regular contact with our candidates, informing them when a job that suits their skills becomes available.
