Antony Rowe

With a BA Hons in Business and Quality Management, Antony started his career working in the Textile industry before moving in to Property Management. In 2006 he then took the leap in to recruitment with Michael Page, where he was instrumental in developing the newly formed Property and Construction division across the East Midlands.

Antony joined Barker Ross in 2011 as Operations Director, responsible for developing their Construction Division. Being promoted to Managing Director in 2012, Antony took responsibility for the Construction, Healthcare and Engineering Divisions for Barker Ross Group where he went on to take the business national, opening offices in London, Cardiff, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham.

During Antony’s management of Barker Ross, the business went on to post record profits and grew to a turnover circa £30m.

Antony left Barker Ross in 2015 to set up Atkins Search, which has become one of the East Midlands leading recruitment consultancies. Atkins Search was created to be different, an ethical, relationship led business that works with our clients and candidates to achieve the best outcome for all parties.

When not at work he spends time with his family and following Nottingham Forest Football Club. Also, most Sundays he will be found shouting at a bunch of 16 year old boys who will be wearing the Stapleford Town FC kit.
