Jess White

Jess began her career in retail, working in Browns, a department store and selling women’s fashion, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and relationship-building. After relocating to Nottingham, Jess made the leap into recruitment in 2017 with Elizabeth Michael Associates. Initially applying for a role as a “candidate”, Jess was soon offered a role as an Administrator which consisted of managing temporary workers and payroll.

Her dedication and passion for recruitment helped her quickly progress through the ranks, gaining experience in resourcing, service delivery, and eventually stepping into a Team Leader role.

Over the course of three years, Jess managed a key business account while leading a team of resourcers, specialising in high-volume contact centre recruitment for Domestic and General, a prominent UK insurance provider. Her role involved supporting the Nottingham-based account and ensuring the team delivered exceptional service.

In April 2025, Jess joined Atkins Search as a Senior Resourcing Consultant, where she focuses on permanent appointments across the Midlands and South Yorkshire. With her extensive experience in resourcing, Jess works closely with our consultants to enhance client relationships and contribute to the success of the business.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys traveling with her partner in their VW Campervan, ‘Bee,’ exploring the UK’s scenic routes such as the NC500 and venturing abroad to destinations like France and Portugal. Jess is also an animal lover, sharing her home with her beloved cat, Dustin.
