This week, we’re proud to celebrate Emma’s 1 year anniversary at Atkins Search!

Since joining the business in September last year, Emma has made an outstanding impact on the construction team, working alongside Antony, Ashleigh, Emma Butter and Olivia to place construction professionals across the Nation.

Since joining Atkins Search, Emma has made an outstanding contribution to the team. She has helped growth the construction team, whilst onboarding 2 new members to the team. Emma has also won the MVP award twice, and also won the Employee of Q1 Award for her fantastic start to the financial year!E

Emma’s Reflection on her 1 Year Anniversary

“One year at Atkins Search! Looking back, I can honestly say it has been one of the most rewarding years of my career.

Before joining Atkins Search, I found myself at a crossroads professionally. After experiencing some life-changing personal circumstances, I was questioning what direction to take and, if I’m completely honest, whether I should leave the recruitment industry altogether. Thank goodness I didn’t.

Over the last 12 months, my passion for what I do has grown stronger than ever. The warm welcome, unwavering support, outstanding reputation, incredible clients, autonomy, and opportunity for blue sky thinking have all reminded me why finding the right home is so important in recruitment. I also love that family is genuinely embraced here, with my children even playing a part in our social events.

Even after 20 years in recruitment, joining Atkins Search has shown me that nobody does it quite the Atkins way. Walking through the door, learning a brand new sector, and being surrounded by professional, supportive, fun, and like minded people reignited a level of excitement and enthusiasm that I hadn’t felt for a long time.

A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey so far. Here’s to the next chapter and everything that’s still to come.”
