Atkins Search is delighted to announce the promotion of Ashleigh Curwood to Managing Consultant within our Construction division.

Since joining Atkins Search in September 2023 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Ashleigh has consistently demonstrated the drive, commitment and professionalism needed to build a successful career in recruitment and at Atkins Search. Through hard work, determination and a genuine passion for supporting both clients and candidates, she has rapidly progressed through the business (3 promotions in 3 years!) and established herself as a highly respected member of the team.

Today, we are proud to recognise her achievements with a well earned promotion to Managing Consultant.

Commenting on her promotion, Ashleigh said:

“I’m incredibly proud to share that I’ve been promoted to Managing Consultant at Atkins Search.

What makes this achievement particularly special is that I joined the business in September 2023 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, and through the support of a fantastic team, hard work, resilience, and plenty of learning along the way, I’ve been fortunate enough to progress through the ranks to this new position.

I’d like to thank everyone at Atkins Search for their trust and support, as well as all the clients and candidates I’ve had the pleasure of working with across the Construction and M&E sectors. Building lasting relationships and helping people progress their careers continues to be the most rewarding part of what I do.
