Celebrating Lily’s 3 Year Anniversary at Atkins Search!

This week, we’re proud to celebrate Lily’s 3 year anniversary at Atkins Search!

Lily is our Business Support Administrator based within our Nottingham office, helping coordinate daily office operations, workflows and general administrative duties across the business and offices.

Lily’s Journey and Achievements

Since joining in October 2023, Lily has achieved her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and successfully completed a rotation scheme across different departments of the business including marketing, recruitment and finance. She has also been the recipient of the Employee of the Quarter award and our MVP award twice, which is a demonstration of her consistent hard work, dedication and the genuine impact her role makes on the business and people. She is an absolute joy to work with and she wouldn’t know what to do without her!

Lily’s Reflections on her 3 Year Anniversary

“3 years? Where has the time gone? During that time, I’ve had the privilege of working with some fantastic role models who have continuously encouraged and inspired me to push myself further. Being part of a team where everyone genuinely supports each other and celebrates successes has given me the confidence to have ambitious goals for my own future.

I’ve also had the opportunity to develop and strengthen my skills I currently have while gaining new experiences that have helped shape me both professionally and personally. I’m incredibly grateful for the support, guidance, and opportunities I’ve received, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.

Outside of work, I’m grateful to have been apart of many trips including a city break to Palma and a day out at the York Races. The culture here is something I’m incredibly proud to be part of, and I’m excited to see what the next chapter brings.”

“LGC, what can I say, it has been a pleasure to watch Lily grow from an apprentice into such a valued member of the Atkins Search team over the past three years. From day one, Lily has approached challenges with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to supporting the business and her colleagues.

Her hard work, attention to detail and enthusiasm have seen her continuously exceed expectations, whether that’s supporting the opening odf our London office opening, embracing new responsibilities through her rotation scheme or helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She is the glue that holds us together!

Lily should be incredibly proud of everything she has achieved so far and the recognition she has received along the way is thoroughly deserved. She is a genuine pleasure to work with, an important part of our culture and I couldn’t be prouder of the progress she has made in such a short amount of time.
