Olivia Johnson

Olivia began her career in business and administration through a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with Nottingham Community Housing Association in 2014, where she developed a strong foundation in communications, events, and social media management. During this time, she played a key role in enhancing brand visibility, coordinating community events, and producing engaging corporate content, giving her an early insight into both creative and operational business functions.

In 2016, Olivia demonstrated her entrepreneurial drive by managing her own business UltraClean 2000. Here, she was responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial management, invoicing, and maintaining strong client relationships across both retail and service sectors. This experience further developed her commercial awareness, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Olivia is known for her approachable, enthusiastic, and highly organised nature. She prides herself on building strong working relationships, maintaining high standards of accuracy, and delivering a proactive, solutions-focused approach in everything she does. Her ability to balance operational efficiency with a positive and engaging personality makes her an asset to any team.

Olivia is also proudly involved with The Harby Foundation, a charity set up in memory of her daughter’s father. The foundation is dedicated to supporting underprivileged and disadvantaged young people across Nottinghamshire by providing access to sport and opportunities that may otherwise be unavailable to them. Olivia is passionate about contributing to the foundation’s mission and giving back to the local community, dedicating her time and support to help make a positive and lasting difference in young people’s lives while honouring a cause that is deeply meaningful to her.

Olivia joined Atkins Search in 2026 in our established Construction Division, working closely alongside Emma Welsh, Ashleigh Curwood and Emma Buttler, although this is Olivia’s first role within recruitment, she brings a strong foundation of transferable skills gained from her diverse background in operations, administration, sales, and marketing. Combined with her natural drive, determination, and self-motivation, Olivia is highly committed to building a successful career in the industry. She is eager to apply her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and people-focused approach to connect the right candidates with the right opportunities, continuously learning and developing to deliver the best possible results.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys staying active, getting involved in community initiatives, and spending time with friends and family. She has a keen interest in events, fitness, and social activities, and brings the same energy and enthusiasm into her personal life as she does in her professional career.
