As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have the option to work across a variety of public & private sectors across the Midlands, including commercial, community, residential, education, infrastructure, emergency, and a plethora of framework-led schemes.
Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in construction & real estate projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including Assistant Quantity Surveyors / Assistant Cost Managers and Apprentices
- Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion
- Cost planning
- Cost management
- Value engineering
- Tender management
- Financial reporting
- Budget management
- Employers’ agent
- Valuations
