Associate Cost Manager


Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an Associate Cost Manager to join a market leading Construction Consultancy based in Birmingham with hybrid and flexible working available.

My client provides a variety of Cost Management and Project Management services to national and international blue chip clients and developers across all built environment and infrastructure sectors.

As Associate Cost Manager, you will play an integral part in growing and developing the Cost Management team. You will work closely with the Director and take responsibility for delivering schemes as Client Lead, mentoring and leading the team as well as generating new business and work winning opportunities for the business.


As Associate Cost Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Supporting Directors in delivering business plan objectives
  • Deliver an unrivalled level of service to clients to develop and maintain existing client relationships
  • Deliver Cost Management and Quantity Surveying duties such as feasibility studies, cost planning and post contract cost management, acting as Client Lead
  • Mentoring and coaching the internal Cost Management team to evolve and develop the existing team
  • Any adhoc duties as required
