Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Chartered Construction Consultancy based in Loughborough with hybrid and flexible working available.

ROLE
As a Construction Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in working across a wide variety of large, exciting projects across both public and private sectors. Due to continued growth and business development, our client is actively recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in their Loughborough office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Undertaking a wide range of pre/post contract duties
- Leading on projects
- Procuring subcontractors and suppliers
- Managing the payment process
- Preparing CVR & cash flow reports
- Identifying & pricing variations
REMUNERATION
