Overview

Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join an award winning, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, based in Nottingham City Centre with hybrid working available.

Role

The function of the Office Manager will be to assist the Director and Senior Leadership team across all administration, office and business functions.

You will have an opportunity to work alongside a supportive team within a dynamic and varied role, with progression opportunities available to build a long-term and successful career.

Responsibilities

As Office Manager, your duties will typically include (but not limited to):

  • Organising meetings and managing internal databases
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Organising company events and conferences
  • Ordering and monitoring stationery and IT equipment
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Processing invoices and managing office budgets
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures and office administrative systems
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Ensuring that all company policies are up to date including health and safety
  • Attending meetings with senior management
  • Assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents

Person

  • Proven track record within Office Management or strong Administration skills
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Desire to succeed and progress
  • Ability to demonstrate document control processes and procedures
  • Able to work autonomously but also within a team

Remuneration
