Laura's 4 Year Anniversary

We are celebrating Laura Belcher’s 4-year work anniversary with Atkins Search!

Laura is our Divisional Manager, leading our Consultancy sector and her specialist team of 4 consultants.

In the office, Laura is a staple member of the team, always on hand offering her extensive knowledge and support to everyone. We love having her around and making the most of her impressive memory!

Here’s what Laura had to say about the past 4 years –

“Today, 11th February, marks my 4 year work anniversary at Atkins Search and it’s true – time flies when you’re having fun!

When I joined Atkins Search (then Atkins James) in February 2019, I wanted to join a business that offered a different way of working to the stereotypical recruitment ways and needless to say, Atkins Search challenge the status quo, in every way!

Atkins Search partner with market leading businesses in Consultancy, Construction and Residential sectors across the Midlands, Yorkshire and North West and operate in a way that set the standard for other recruitment businesses to follow; ethical, collaborative and consultative in approach and most important of all – DO THE RIGHT THING, regardless of the outcome.

We have grown to 10 fantastic, motivated and dedicated team members, our ethos is to develop an inclusive, non-adversarial working environment for all team members, we champion our people and encourage their entrepreneurial spirit, which in turn allows, everyone to be part of the business’ success.

My own personal journey has been astounding, I joined the business in 2019 as a Recruitment Consultant within our Construction team and over the past 4 years; I founded and established our Consultancy division, I was promoted to Divisional Manager and fast forward to 2023, I now manage my own team of 4 with continued exciting growth plans in place!

The business and my own personal growth over the last 4 years have exceeded all expectations. I am very proud of our business, I love being a part of the growth, journey and seeing the business develop and progress into new sectors and regions. With the business plan and growth strategy we have in place, I am even more excited to see what the future holds!”
