Chris's 2 Year Anniversary

Chris Rolling is celebrating his 2 year anniversary with us at Atkins Search! Chris is our Divisional Manager who leads our Construction and Residential sectors. Here’s what Chris had to say about his last 2 years with Atkins Search –

“November 2022 marks my two year anniversary with Atkins Search and joining the business in 2020 was carefully considered by both parties due to the pandemic but needlessly so, as the following years have been a great success for me both personally and professionally. I left my previous company as Atkins posed a different opportunity for me to continue my career progression in a consultative and professional working environment.

Joining Atkins was like coming home as I was fortunate to have the opportunity to join a business with a number of former colleagues from my recruitment career, all fantastic people and high achievers that I’d established working and personal relationships with over the past 10 years.

The business and my personal growth over the past 2 years have surpassed all of my expectations, as we continue to smash our targets to which enables us to continue to invest in all areas of the organisation. The team environment and mentality is conducive to everyone learning and developing together to create specialist, sector focused consultants. As a team we are always looking to set the standard for other recruitment companies to follow and fighting the “Recruitment” stereotype  is something we do every day, through operating ethically and consultatively at all times.

The business, its structure and leadership have all contributed to my positive experience over the last 2 years in which I have grown and evolved to be a better recruiter and person.

With a strategy for growth in place, the future will look after itself if we remain true to our values of being Professional, Consultative, Ethical and Specialists in what we do.

My gratitude to Antony for the opportunity is beyond measure as is my appreciation of the people I work with every day. I couldn’t be happier with my move to Atkins and my performance since joining is a reflection of the support and guidance I have received.”
