Adam's 1 Year Anniversary

We are celebrating Adam’s 1 year anniversary with us here at Atkins Search!

Adam joined Atkins Search in June 2023 and has been a driving force within our growing Engineering Consultancy sector.

Working as part of the Permanent Consultancy team, Adam specialises in placing engineering professionals into engineering consultancies and civil engineering contractors across the Midlands and South Yorkshire. Roles covered include Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, Flood Risk Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, Technicians and Site Engineers from graduate through to director level.

Here’s what Adam had to say about his first year with Atkins Search! –

“The past year has flown by since joining Atkins Search in June 2023; there’s been a lot to learn but I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year with the business surrounded by an excellent team.

When joining Atkins Search, I was looking for a challenge that gave me an opportunity to develop my career as the business continues to grow. With the support of the team, this has been the reality since joining and I’m excited to see where the next years of my career take me.

There have been plenty of highlights in the past years including our quarterly socials, the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge for Base 51 and our monthly sporting events. I would have to say that the outstanding highlight for me has been joining such a fantastic team and seeing the company culture that Atkins Search work so hard to keep at the forefront of their decisions.

I have been working with engineering consultancies to find candidates from Graduate through to Director level for the past 6 months of my time with Atkins Search, which has been a great chance to learn a new industry and gives me the chance to speak with a range of people about their job search and find the perfect role for them.

The last year has been a great challenge and I am excited to see what the next one brings for us all.”
