Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Construction Main Contractor

First of all, I would like to say my consultant was phenomenal. My consultant was very patient with me and prioritised me. I explained my difficult situation to my consultant as I graduated 2 years ago and I have been struggling to find a role during this period. Me and my consultant discussed what we think would be suitable for me. We discussed my wants and needs and my consultant had really focused on this with me.

We discussed a role we could possibly stay within for the long run rather than something I may not enjoy as much. I explained to my consultant as role that would make me happy, I want to go into work happy and enjoying the role and my consultant ticked all the boxes.  Furthermore, my consultant checked in on me on a regular basis and called me every so often, having general conversations about our day to day life. This made me feel extremely comfortable and now I feel like my relationship with my consultant is extremely good. 

Honestly, I cannot say a bad word about my consultant. Everything my consultant had done was perfect. I felt comfortable, prioritised and overall I was more than happy.  Step by step, Nancy walked me through every process from the get go. I gained a lot of confidence from the very start all the way through to the end. I felt very confident during my interview and this was due to my consultant’s work.

I would 100% recommend Atkins Search to anyone looking for a job in future. If a progression role does pop up, I will for sure get in touch with Atkins Search again.  This experience was incredible and I thank Atkins Search for everything.
