Possessing a positive “can-do” attitude, the suitable person for the Senior Quantity Surveyor job based in Manchester must be able to demonstrate previous clear understanding and experience within a Quantity Surveying setting. You must also be required to show experience across a project life cycle from inception to completion.
- RICS, MRICS or working chartership

Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor working for a Manchester based Construction Consultancy, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including assistants and apprentices
- Providing Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services from inception to completion
