• Assisting the Director with the growth of the office
• Overseeing a multi-disciplined team
• Manage and maintain
  existing client relationships
• Establish my clients presence within the North West region
• Deliver projects through the full project life cycle
• Prepare full tender documentation for client and contractor
• Administer contract and tender process
• Attend and chair meetings as necessary
• Prepare financial and progress reports
• Continually strive to improve the business value proposition and develop knowledge and expertise within the team
• Help to develop new business opportunities
• Growing the existing team and building long term, sustainable team relationships

The suitable candidate for the Senior Project Manager job will be able to demonstrate a motivated and driven persona with previous experience carrying out full pre and post contract duties.

• Degree qualified in a construction related subject such as Construction Project Management
• Prior experience working in a Project Manager job
• Have experience delivering mid-high rise schemes
• Project delivering experience surpassing £100m
• Demonstrate leadership skills necessary to direct and manage the project team having responsibility.
• Be the ambassador for your profession and the professional institution to which you belong
• Actively broaden your experience and expertise in line with the core expertise
