As an Associate Director Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exciting projects, from inception to completion across Manchester and the Northwest, with a hands on approach throughout the project life cycle. The Associate Director Project Management services you will provide include:

• Pre-construction
• Programme management
• Client-side project management
• Contract administration
• Risk management
• Stakeholder engagement and management
• Post contract management

As an Associate Director Project Manager, you will be responsible for servicing exciting infrastructure schemes throughout the Northwest with a hands on approach throughout the project life cycle, from inception to completion.

• Pre-construction
• Programme management
• Contract administration
• Risk management - including facilitating workshops to ensure that these activities are controlled within the project team including contractors, sub-contractors, and the supply chain
• Prepare and issue reports
• Stakeholder engagement and management
• Employers agent
• Post contract management
• Managing and developing a team of Project Management professionals

• Working in partnership with the SMT to develop the Manchester offering
