Role
As Project Manager employed by a Manchester based Construction Consultancy, you will have the option to work across a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, industrial/logistics, automotive, aviation, commercial, healthcare, etc.

Responsibilities
As
the Quantity Surveyor
job based in Manchester, you will be required to carry out a variety of general day-to-day responsibilities with the expectation to broaden out your skill set and knowledge as you grow with the Construction Consultancy:
- Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including assistants and apprentices
- Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion
- Cost planning

Person
The suitable candidate for the Quantity Surveyor
job in Manchester must be able to demonstrate clear understanding and experience within Quantity Surveying and the following:
- Hold a construction related degree
ideally in Quantity Surveying - Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of cost management services
- MRICS chartered or working towards
- The ability to manage relationship effectively
- Proactive approach to achieving results
- Have a positive “can do” attitude
- Strong commercial awareness
- Have the ability to communicate effectively
- Desire and motivation to succeed
