Project Manager
OVERVIEW
Are you an experienced Project Manager based in the East Midlands, ready to lead standout fit-out, joinery and civil engineering projects? We’re offering a unique opportunity to join a respected group spanning bespoke joinery and full-scale construction. This role lets you manage varied projects - from bespoke interiors to structural civils - leveraging your expertise while enjoying significant autonomy and ownership.
CLIENT
You’ll work across two complementary businesses within bespoke joinery and fit-out, delivering custom shopfitting, POS displays and interior joinery projects nationally. They operate from a state-of-the-art facility with CNC routing, spray finishing and in-house installation teams, completing projects from concept through to live installation.
Their sister company is a trusted principal contractor focused on build, civils and fit-out across sectors such as retail, civic, food & beverage, office and residential. They provide end-to-end project delivery - from demolition and groundwork through design, construction and turnkey completion.
ROLE
As Project Manager, you’ll bridge both businesses. From managing detailed joinery installations to overseeing heavy civils and build elements, you’ll deliver cohesive project execution. You’ll liaise with design partners, site teams and clients, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. This position is ideal for someone who thrives when given real responsibility and the freedom to drive projects independently.
