• Preparing Pre-qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), Request for Quotations (RFQs) and selection questionnaires (SQs) for construction tenders
• Format large bid proposal documents to client specifications and brand guidelines
• Working with written content and graphics to create visually engaging submissions
• Create impactful, well-designed bid and proposal documentation ready for submission
• Develop additional supporting content for bids including printed models and large-format printing
• Ensure efficient completion of tender formatting within set timelines, meeting overall submission deadlines
• Attend bid/no bid meetings and contribute to win strategy discussions
• Review win/no win outcomes to identify areas of improvement and capture positive client feedback
• Assist in the design and completion of storyboards and bid plans
• Maintain bid library including case studies, project information and company accreditations
