Role
Our client has an opportunity for a driven individual to join their team, helping to create high quality and award-wining tenders.
Operating as the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple and complex bids, supported by a knowledgeable team. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary consultancy, you will be involved with Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and Project Managers to support your Bids.

Responsibilities
- Attending and holding PQQ and Bid meetings
- Manage the bidding process to ensure they submit high-quality, innovative, winning bids
- Provide strategic guidance on best-practice tendering
- Develop the companies bid proposition
- Communicate effectively with clients and prospects
- Ensure all stages of the bid process are followed and reported on (from qualification to post-bid review)
- Identify and manage resources from other departments required to work on live tenders
- Identify main commercial/contractual risks for the business in bids
- Have a good understanding of competitors
Person
- Experienced Bid Manager or Bid Writer looking for the next career steps
- Demonstratable success in winning bids/tenders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and innovative thinking skills
- Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
