Role

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support Building Surveying team members in project delivery from inception to completion
  • Support with building surveying services and coordinate in-house multi-disciplinary design teams
  • Support with client relationships and expectations
  • Work towards conducting technical reviews to ensure service quality standards
  • Learn to apply technical expertise across varied construction projects
  • Operate proactively across both project and professional led services

Person

To be successful within this Graduate Building Surveyor job in Wakefield you will need to bring experience working within a construction consultancy environment:

  • 1+ years of relevant building surveying experience within a construction consultancy environment
  • A building surveying degree or equivalent qualification
  • Progress toward MRICS Chartership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • A proactive, positive attitude with confidence communicating at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills managing workloads with appropriate supervision
  • Technical building surveying knowledge across multiple disciplines
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to produce thorough, professional reports

Remuneration
