Atkins Search are delighted to announce Nicolé Broughton’s promotion to Senior Consultant!

Nicole joined us here at Atkins Search in January 2022 as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in placing Construction professionals into reputable New Build Housing Developers and Construction Main Contractors across the Midlands and Yorkshire. Since 2024, Nicole now specialises in placing Construction professionals into market leading Consultancies across the Midlands.

Since joining our team, Nicole has contributed across the business in many different ways, from the energy she brings in the morning to the support offered to anyone who needs it – Nicole is someone we are so fortunate to have within our team and is an absolute pleasure to work with!

Nicole’s comments regarding her recent promotion to Senior Consultant –
