Jade's 3 Year Anniversary

Today we are celebrating Jade’s 3 year anniversary with us here at Atkins Search!

Jade is our Senior Recruitment Consultant who specialises in placing Preconstruction, Design and Commercial professionals into reputable main contractors across the Midlands and South Yorkshire.

Jade is an inspirational member of our team and her hard work is truly motivating.

Here is what Jade had to say about her 3 years with Atkins Search so far…

“3 years, already?! My time at Atkins Search has far exceeded any expectations I had. Since joining the business back in 2020, I have been promoted to Senior Consultant and have started to develop my own team, now working alongside Adam. Together, we place Preconstruction, Design and Commercial professionals into reputable main contractors across the Midlands and South Yorkshire and I am proud to say, we are the region’s leading recruitment consultancy in doing so. The relationships I have developed with clients and candidates during this time are one of the many things I love about my career. Making a genuine difference to people, whether it’s placing a candidate that will make a positive impact to a business or getting a candidate their dream job, it’s something I can’t get enough of.

It’s clear my career with Atkins Search is going to be an exciting journey. Every day, I learn and develop myself whilst being led by the best Senior Management team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The platform provided by Atkins Search has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally, and I can’t wait for the next chapter.
