Olivia's 3 Year Anniversary
News
Today we are celebrating 1 year work anniversary’s for both Nicole Broughton and Hanna Gibson.
Nicole and Hanna joined Atkins Search on the 10th of January 2022. Hanna joined the consultancy team and specialises in placing Construction professionals into highly reputable Construction Consultancies across the West Midlands and North West. Nicole joined the Construction and Residential team, specialising in placing Housing and Residential professionals into reputable, market leading Developers across the Midlands and South Yorkshire.

Nicole and Hanna have both written up a statement about their past year with Atkins Search. Nicole said,
“What a year! I’ve been welcomed into an ever-growing organisation who accept and embrace me for who I am, and where I am supported and guided to be the best version of myself every single day. We’re not just a team of recruiters; we’re a unit who win and lose together and will always push each other to be the best we can be. We share the ups and downs, and I couldn’t think of a better place to continue establishing my career.
This year has been the best year of my career to date; I’ve joined forces with Chris Rolling once more, the legend who introduced me to recruitment in the first place and have met some truly amazing individuals along the way. I’m so happy with all I’ve achieved this year and can’t wait to see what can happen in the next 12 months!”

Hanna added,
“It’s been exactly one year since I decided to join Atkins Search; an SME comprising of creative, driven and sincere individuals, who think outside the box. After completing my Masters degree, I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do but I knew I wanted to be in an environment where entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged and where I would be surrounded by proactive and ambitious colleagues. A company where I could be in a hands-on role that would allow me to influence the direction of the business, which is something I greatly value because I enjoy being heavily invested in my work.
Reflecting on my year at Atkins Search, I am astonished at how much I have learnt. The skills I have gained, the goals I have achieved, the places I have been, and the people I have met and forged close relationships with are far beyond what I had imagined. I am grateful to all involved for making 2022 such an incredible year, particularly to Laura Belcher for her never-ending support. There’s a lot to look forward to in 2023 and I’m so excited to see where the road takes us next!”
