As we continue to move Atkins Search forward and improve who we are and what we do, we recently spent some time discussing our Values, Culture and the long term plans for the business.
One constant thread that came through from everybody was our team ethic and the positive behaviours that are conducive to a progressive and considerate working environment. The long term Vision for the business is for it to become an employee owned organisation so “Team” is very important to us.
