Last week, our team came together at our Nottingham office for one of the most important events in our calendar, the Atkins Search Annual Conference. This gathering marked a fantastic opportunity to pause, reflect on our achievements, and align ourselves for the year ahead.
As we step into a new financial year, it’s vital to take stock of what we’ve accomplished and visibly see the progress, the lessons, and the milestones that have shaped us. Our annual conference is a moment to reconnect, celebrate and refocus on our vision as a team, but also individually.

Our Managing Director, Antony Rowe, alongside our Operations Director, Laura Belcher, led an inspiring session that laid out the business’s strategic direction. Their presentations focused on:
