Commercial Director – Clegg Construction

We were retained by Clegg Construction to recruit a Commercial Director to their team.

As this was a business critical role, the client wanted to make sure they were presented with the right calibre of prospective candidates, and that they were afforded the opportunity to meet with the best and most suitable individuals in the sector and region.

Antony was responsible for taking the full brief and implemented the headhunt process to initially create a shortlist of candidates who would an excellent fit for the role and company.

A shortlist of 3 candidates we met with then presented to the client, with an appointment being made within 2 months of taking the initial brief and the client commented:
