Emma Buttler

Emma began her career in retail with All Saints in 2005 helping them to transition from a boutique company to a flagship, multimillion pound store. During her time with All Saints, Emma progressed from a Sales Assistant to the Nottingham Store Manager overseeing a large team and holding responsibility for the management of the All Saints concession within House of Fraser.

In 2016, Emma relocated to Naples, Italy with her two daughters and her husband with the Royal Marines where they spent 4 years as a family whist her husband supported The North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO).

Emma returned to the UK in 2020 and following that in 2021 was presented with the opportunity to join The Prescient Group Recruitment Group as an administrative and compliance support, her role quickly developed into a recruitment resourcing role to later grow into the Senior Resourcer for the company. Emma has worked across an array of industries including professional services, education, public services, and construction consultancy placing a variety of mid to high level candidates in roles supporting the likes of Ingleton Wood, CBP Architects, Allan Joyce Architects, Grant Thornton, Browne Jacobson, and Roythornes to name a few.

Emma joined Atkins Search in 2025 as a Resourcing Consultant and prides herself on building strong, long-lasting relationships with her candidates ensuring they are placed in the best possible roles on the market, with consistent support and guidance throughout the process and after. Emma is honest, understanding, and empathetic and will always go that extra mile for her candidates.

A true Yorkshire lass, friendly and warming, Emma loves the challenge of a house renovation and will jump at the chance of getting stuck in. When the tools are down, you can find Emma spending time with family and friends or booking her next adventure overseas.
