Overview
Atkins Search are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a project in Derbyshire. The project is a new build school as part of a construction framework. Start date of 7th August 2023, earlier start is available.
You will be overseeing a small on-site team with various subcontractors throughout the project, reporting to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
Sub-Contractor liaison and management as required
High level communication skills
Managing program of works
Ensuring budget and lead times are adhered to
Client facing
Requirements:
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
Working experience with a main contractor building projects up to £10m
Experience with framework projects
Person
Strong communicator at all levels.
Capable of working with the client to meet their expectations.
Excellent man management skills
Remuneration
£260 - £300 per day
