This is an excellent site management opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager ready to lead construction projects with a respected main contractor known for delivering high-quality developments.

As a Site Manager on this Birmingham construction project, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the project is delivered on plan and meets the client's health and safety standards
• Manage all QA processes online using digital construction management systems
• Oversee site operations when the Senior Site Manager isn't on-site
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and maintain construction quality standards
• Monitor project progress and report on construction milestones
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and site safety protocols on this residential fit-out project

To be successful in this Site Manager job in Birmingham, you will need:

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager
• Retirement living, student accommodation or residential fit-out experience
• IT literate, ideally familiar with PlanRader software or similar construction management platforms
• Available to start within two weeks
• Full UK driving licence for site-based project management across Shropshire

Desirable:

• SMSTS qualified site manager certification
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with site crews and senior management
