Atkins Search are currently sourcing for experienced Site Manager due to a role becoming available with a nationwide fit out business based in the East Midlands. This role is to support the established delivery team on a retail/leisure fitout project close to Glasgow Airport.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring and enforcing health and safety and quality
- Maintaining programme
- Work to drawings
- Build and maintain client relationships, chairing progress meetings
- Update senior management with progress
Person
- Strong Communication skills.
- Person management/Delegation skills.
- Experience delivering interior fit out projects
- A methodical, professional, and collaborative approach .
- Ability to organise your workload.
- Ability to create a positive and organised site.
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Temporary works.
- Knowledge of contract conditions and law within the industry
- You will have sound commercial awareness with a commitment to health & safety and risk management.
Renumeration
- Competitive Day Rate
- 7-8 week contract
