Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work within a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, M&E Construction, residential, bespoke, mixed-use developments, industrial/logistics, commercial, infrastructure, etc.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including assistants and apprentices
- Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion
- Cost planning
- Cost management
- Value engineering
- Tender management
- Financial reporting
- Budget management
- Employers agent
- Valuations
