Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for servicing exciting real estate projects with a hands on approach throughout the project life cycle, from inception to completion.
Within the Senior Project Manager job, as well as project delivery you will also oversee multiple project teams (internally and externally on site) and you’ll also be expected to be client facing on projects.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant for the Senior Project Manger job will be able to demonstrate previous project delivery experience, servicing projects from inception to completion. Ideally you will have also managed a multi-faceted team with a track record of successful delivery.

Are you a team player with a keen desire to achieve and drive projects through to successful completion? My client are looking for an ambitious Senior Project Manager to join their team, for the Senior Project Manager job you will be expected to:
- Have experience in a similar role in the construction environment, ideally consultancy
- Be competent in using Microsoft Project and Excel
- Have comprehensive knowledge of building technology and construction principles
- A good understanding of forms of building contract and experience of contract administration
- Have previous experience of NEC and JCT forms of contract
- Have the ability to engage with project stakeholders, and ability to deal with issues appropriately and constructively
