Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Senior Cost Manager to join an award-winning
Construction Consultancy based in Nottingham with hybrid working available.

Role
As Senior Cost Manager you will be responsible for leading from the front as regards to client facing meetings, dealing with multi disciplined teams and project delivery.
This role will suit an experienced Cost Manager in Nottingham, or the wider East Midlands, who has experience working on a variety of
projects within the built environment.

Responsibilities
As Senior Cost Manager operating in their Nottingham office, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include:
- Large and/or complex project runner with responsibility for project cost control
- Ensuring accurate provision of cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents and reports
- Carrying
out audits/cost checks/reviews of construction and FM contracts - Liaising directly with Clients
- Leading bid process and undertakes business development
- Resources own jobs, undertakes team supervision and monitors internal costs
- Managing less experienced staff on a day-to-day basis
- Runing Design Team meetings, reports on and gives advice on cost control matters
