What will you actually be doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own specialism, building relationships with clients and candidates and becoming someone people trust for advice about recruitment, careers and the market.

It's a full 360 role, so you'll be involved in the entire recruitment journey, from developing new client relationships and taking job vacancy briefings to finding brilliant candidates and helping both sides through the interview and offer process.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Become an expert in your specialist sector and understand what's happening in your market.
• Develop new business and identify opportunities to develop existing business.
• Create and deliver candidate attraction strategies.
• Meet clients, understand their businesses and advise them on their recruitment needs.
• Source, interview and represent great candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to offer, placement and aftercare.
• Build your network and reputation within your market.
• Ultimately, bring people and businesses together and make a real difference to both.

Don't worry, we don't expect you to know everything on day one. With our comprehensive training programme, you'll have plenty of support and guidance along the way.

Recruitment experience would be great, but depending on your background, it's certainly not the only thing we'll look at.
