Recruitment Consultant

Atkins Search are specialist recruiters for the Built Environment and are market leaders within our chosen sectors and we have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

We have recently gone through a period of growth and to support this, we have an opportunity for a Consultant to join our Property and Construction Consultancy sector, to place industry professionals on a Freelance basis.

The role will include the full 360 process from taking the initial client brief to implementing a recruitment strategy for the clients within your sectors.

We operate in a consultative manner, which means we aren’t order takers, we advise and guide our clients to create the best outcomes for all the parties involved.

We pride ourselves in placing the right professional into the right role at the right time.

• Build and develop candidate and client relationships
• Research to understand the sector and locations in which you recruit to identify clients
• Create and implement candidate attraction strategies
• Attend and chair meetings in a consultative manner
• Recognise and strive to meet client's hiring needs
• Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
