Role
As a Construction Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in working across a wide variety of large, exciting projects across both public and private sectors. Due to continued growth and business development, our client are actively recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in their Leeds office.
Responsibilities
As a Construction Quantity Surveyor with a Leeds based Construction Consultancy, you will be required to deliver and demonstrate a variety of Quantity Surveying responsibilities across an array of Construction Projects. As Quantity Surveyor, you’re responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Cost planning
- Cost management
- Value engineering
- Tender management
- Financial reporting
- Budget management
- Employers agent
- Valuations
Person
Employed by an award-winning, national leading Construction Consultancy based in Leeds, the ideal Quantity Surveyor must be able to portray the following:
- Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of cost management services
- MRICS chartered or working towards
- Strong commercial awareness
- Have the ability to communicate effectively
