This role is to support the established delivery team on a range of projects across the Greater Midlands and South Yorkshire regions including Peterborough, Leeds, Nottingham and Derby areas. These roles have become available due to a significant amount of project awards and secured pipeline.Client

- Monitor all site health and safety procedures and compliance by all site personnel.
- Manage client direct suppliers for projects.
- Promote commercial awareness.
- Liaise with supply chain team to ensure compliance and effective site set up.
- Ensure quality of workmanship in line company expectations.
- Deliver projects to agreed program of works.
- Monitor program of works and identify shortfalls and solutions.
- Ensure relevant design and contract details are available to site personnel at all times.
- Sub-Contractor liaison and management as required.
- High level communication skills.
- Working with pre con team/Design team.
- Managing full program of works / amending and managing program.
- Build and manager Client relationships – being the face of the business.
- Supporting site managers and project delivery team.Person

- Experience delivering a mixture of projects including multi room/ high rise accommodation,
- A good understanding of the building regulations, local authority agreements
