Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and deliver a range of real estate and construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager based in Manchester, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and project scoping.

Person

To be successful as a Project Manager in Manchester, you will align with our requirements and bring:

  • Proven experience in project management within real estate, construction, or a related sector.
  • Relevant construction related degree.
  • Professional qualifications in project management, construction, or real estate are desirable (e.g., PRINCE2, RICS, PMP).
