Project Manager

Due to a continuous increase in project work, an opportunity has presented itself for a Project Manager to join a unique mix of Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors.

The successful candidate for the role of Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects from cradle to grave, which will include you being involved in:

  • Procurement
  • Attending/leading on pre-start meetings
  • Pre-construction
  • Programme management
  • Client-side project management
  • Report writing
  • Liaising directly with client and contractors
  • Contract administration
  • Risk management
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Post contract management


The successful Project Manager will be able to demonstrate and will adhere to the above job description, as well as having –

  • A Construction related degree (BSc or MSc)
  • Experience delivering projects on an autonomous basis
  • Previous Project Management experience in a Consultancy setting
  • NEC4 qualification (or working towards)
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to build, maintain and develop working relationships
