within the construction & development sector.
Client
Part of a larger Property Developer, our client are a versatile and dedicated Construction and Development firm. Based in the East Midlands and operating where required, offering a layered, practical, and professional aid to the construction and property development industry.
Role
- Working in conjunction with the site team, ensuring accurate construction whilst maintaining quality and progress.
- Responsible for providing sound advice, guidance, and support to the project team throughout pre-construction and construction phases.
- Produce and manage programme of works.
- Monitor all site health and safety procedures and compliance by all site personnel.
- Liaise with supply chain team to ensure compliance and effective site set up.
- Monitor program of works and identify shortfalls and solutions.
- Compiling full tender packs, including invitation to tender, specification, bill of quantities/schedule of works and drawings.
- Liaising via email, phone & face to face meetings with our professional team, those such as Architects & Structural Engineers.
Person
- Background in Construction/Development within the commercial sector.
- Ability to work on own on initiative
- Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
- The ability to effectively and confidently liaise with internal staff and external clients in a professional, courteous and enthusiastic manner.
- Excellent communication skills.
- UK Driver’s license essential.
