As a Project Manager will have the option to work on some of the region’s most prestigious projects, across a variety of sectors including; data centres, healthcare, life sciences, leisure, heritage and arts, public sector and local authority, regeneration, education, commercial, residential and many more exciting projects!
ROLE
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exciting projects, from inception to completion, with technical hands-on and quality led approach throughout the project life cycle.
The Project Management services you will provide include:
- Pre-construction
- Programme management
- Client-side project management
- Contract administration
- Risk management
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Post contract management
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager:
- Leading the delivery of life cycle projects, managing client expectation and objectives which need to be met to ensure the projects are on track
- Point of contact for the client, regarding delivering the project on time, tracking costs, and quality
- Control daily processes
- Plan and control for ongoing quality, health, safety and environmental issues
PERSON
The ideal Project Manager will have:
- Degree within Construction, Real Estate or Project Management essential
- Technical thinking individual with hand on approach
- Experience with projects within Real Estate and/or built environment
- Professional membership desirable but not essential
- Experience within MEP and/or CSA are desirable but not essential
- Experienced within Pre and Post Project Management
- Excellent communication and IT skills
