As a Project Manager will have the option to work on some of the region’s most prestigious projects, across a variety of sectors including; data centres, healthcare, life sciences, leisure, heritage and arts, public sector and local authority, regeneration, education, commercial, residential and many more exciting projects!


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exciting projects, from inception to completion, with technical hands-on and quality led approach throughout the project life cycle.

The Project Management services you will provide include:

  • Pre-construction
  • Programme management
  • Client-side project management
  • Contract administration
  • Risk management
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Post contract management


As a Project Manager:

  • Leading the delivery of life cycle projects, managing client expectation and objectives which need to be met to ensure the projects are on track
  • Point of contact for the client, regarding delivering the project on time, tracking costs, and quality
  • Control daily processes
  • Plan and control for ongoing quality, health, safety and environmental issues


The ideal Project Manager will have:

  • Degree within Construction, Real Estate or Project Management essential
  • Technical thinking individual with hand on approach
  • Experience with projects within Real Estate and/or built environment
  • Professional membership desirable but not essential
  • Experience within MEP and/or CSA are desirable but not essential
  • Experienced within Pre and Post Project Management
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
