Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of projects, they are seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their Sheffield team.

As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant based in Sheffield, you will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting Architects and senior team members in the development of design proposals across a range of projects.
• Preparing architectural drawings, plans, visualisations and technical documentation.
• Assisting with planning applications, building regulations submissions and project coordination activities.
• Working across RIBA work stages from concept design through to technical delivery.
• Attending project meetings and liaising with consultants, clients and contractors where appropriate.
• Producing detailed design information using Revit and other relevant design software.
• Supporting the preparation of presentation materials and client reports.
• Assisting with site visits, surveys and monitoring project progress throughout delivery.
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company quality standards and project deadlines.
• Contributing ideas and creative solutions to support successful project outcomes.

The successful candidate for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant role will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Successfully completed a RIBA Part 2 qualification in Architecture.
• Previous experience working within an architectural practice.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong design and technical detailing abilities.
• Knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations and construction methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workloads across multiple projects.
• Creative mindset combined with strong attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and enthusiasm for professional development.
• Ambition to progress towards Part 3 qualification and registration as an Architect.
