Operations Coordinator

Atkins Search are recruiting for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a highly reputable Project Management Consultancy based in Nottingham.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business, taking ownership of a broad range of operational activities. This varied position includes providing first-line IT support, managing supplier relationships and service delivery, coordinating health and safety requirements, and overseeing administrative processes across the organisation.

You will also be responsible for office coordination, ensuring the workplace operates efficiently and effectively, while supporting the ongoing maintenance and development of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to help uphold business processes, compliance standards, and best practices.

The successful Operations Coordinator will ideally have:

• Strong communication and problem solving skills with a commercial mindset.
• Strong IT skills in particular Microsoft office.
• Strong Attention to detail.
• A proactive and practical approach to problem solving.
• Excellent Organisational skills and ability to manage a varied, diverse workload.
• Be able to work on their own initiative
