Atkins Search are working with an established contractors delivering a range of industrial and commercial projects across London. As site activity increases, we are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to support day-to=-day site operations and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Multi Trader to join professional site teams and contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects across London.

As a Multi Trader, your responsibilities include:

• Carry out general site works including small carpentry, plastering, painting
• Undertake property maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments to a high standard
• Diagnose issues and determine the most effective repair solutions
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and in line with site regulations
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment on-site

To be successful in this Multi Trader job in London, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader, Handyperson, or in a similar construction role
• Simple understanding of multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, decorating, tiling)
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own tools preferred but not essential
• CSCS Card as a minimum
