We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team, we are open to full time or part time, the role entails working closely with our Consultants and Senior Leadership team to deliver exceptional marketing strategies.

ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise a broad range of skills, including digital marketing, content creation and analytics, within a collaborative environment. The successful applicant will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a passion for innovative marketing solutions and B2B engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing and digital advertising.
  • Manage and optimise SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Oversee project management tasks related to marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Create compelling content through copywriting that aligns with brand voice and target audience.
  • Utilise Canva and other design tools to produce engaging visual content for campaigns.
  • Maintain and update company websites using WordPress, ensuring content accuracy and optimisation.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns via Google Ads, analysing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct analysis using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate social media management activities to increase engagement and followers across platforms.
  • Implement B2B marketing strategies to foster relationships with clients and partners.
  • Organise email marketing campaigns using industry-standard tools, tracking open rates and conversions.
  • Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and reports with Microsoft Excel to communicate campaign results clearly.

PERSON

The successful application will have the following (but not limited to):

  • Proven track record and experience within marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media platforms including LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, Microsoft Office and IT tools relevant to digital marketing.
  • Analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences across B2B sectors.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and B2B marketing strategies is desirable.
