Role

As a Graphic Designer in the West Midlands, you'll play a key role in supporting the preconstruction, communications, and marketing teams. You’ll be responsible for preparing engaging graphics for bid and tender materials, social media content, and internal and external communications. You will also assist in telling the story of key projects, helping showcase the company’s work to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the preconstruction team to prepare visually engaging graphics and layouts for bid and tender submissions
  • Create social media content and marketing materials to support communications strategies
  • Assist the preconstruction team with project storytelling, including presentations, visuals, and infographics
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and printed materials
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, marketing, and communications to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content
  • Work efficiently across multiple projects, managing priorities and providing creative solutions
  • Keep up to date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices

Person

To be successful in this Graphic Designer role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and typography
  • Ability to create clear, professional, and compelling graphics for a variety of audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with multiple teams
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in construction or architectural industries is a bonus, but not essential
