Atkins Search are actively recruiting for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a highly reputable and successful Construction Consultancy based in Nottingham with hybrid and flexible working.

Role
As Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be working alongside Senior Building Surveyors with major public sector clients and Commercial Developers on a variety of interesting projects across the Midlands.
Work includes project work, professional building surveying, dilapidations, party wall and principal designer across a variety of sectors including education, residential, heritage, conservation and many more exciting schemes!
Person
Construction related or Building Surveying Degree (or equivalent)
Graduate Member of RICS (or working towards APC)
Ability to manage own workload
Excellent communication and IT skills
Motivated with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
